Industrial Cooling Solutions for Any Project

Emergency response: When disaster strikes, speed is the only metric that matters. It doesn't matter if it’s a hurricane or a chiller failure; we mobilize immediately. Our emergency response teams deploy cooling, power, and distribution gear in hours. What’s more, we can stay on-site to ensure your critical infrastructure remains operational and your recovery timeline stays on track.

Data centers: Server density is increasing, and so is the heat load. A CRAC unit failure can lead to data loss within minutes. We provide supplemental data center maintenance cooling, including spot coolers and large-scale air handlers. Our NEMA-rated equipment interfaces seamlessly with your building management systems, ensuring optimal temps without risking condensation or static discharge.

Healthcare facilities: Patient safety is non-negotiable. We provide hospital-grade healthcare facilities with cooling that meets strict air quality standards. Deploying temporary chillers and negative air machines for infection control, our team understands sensitive environments. We help you maintain JCAHO compliance during HVAC repairs, ensuring stable humidity and air exchange rates for critical care units.

Manufacturing and warehousing: Heat stops production. Cooling a process to cure product or protecting workers in a warehouse? We have the solution. Our manufacturing and warehouse specialized equipment—including high-volume fans and water-cooled chillers—keep throughput high. We engineer systems that integrate with your process piping to remove heat efficiently, preventing thermal trips.

Industrial Cooling Solutions FAQs

We offer three main types: Air-Cooled Chillers (ideal for large-scale process cooling where water isn't available), water-cooled chillers (highly efficient for high-ambient temps), and DX units (direct expansion air conditioners). We also supply cooling towers to reject heat from industrial processes and air handlers to distribute cool air through ductwork.

If full AC isn't feasible for your budget, use evaporative coolers (swamp coolers), which use water evaporation to drop air temps by 10-15°F. Combine this with high-volume low-speed fans to move massive amounts of air to create a wind chill effect. For high-heat zones such as packing stations, use spot coolers to direct cold air right at the workers.

Industrial cooling typically involves either comfort cooling (managing air temp for people) or process cooling (removing heat from equipment/production). We use active cooling (chillers/AC) to lower temperatures mechanically using refrigerant, or passive cooling (ventilation fans) to circulate air and reduce the real feel temperature without altering the actual air temp.

The three primary rental categories are refrigerant-based (AC units and chillers that actively remove heat), evaporative (using water to cool air naturally), and ventilation (moving air with fans). We’ll assess your site’s power availability, water access, footprint constraints, and discharge requirements to recommend the right industrial cooling equipment for your environment.
