Sunbelt Rentals Veterans Program

We are committed to supporting veterans and want them to be able to find a fulfilling workplace where they can enrich our culture and contribute to the “Power of Sunbelt Rentals”. The Veterans Program was built by veterans for veterans to assist with challenges faced by our multi-national veteran population.

Military Makeover: Operation Career

Sunbelt Rentals was featured on Lifetime TV's Military Makeover: Operation Career on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. The episode features three Sunbelt Rentals employees; Hugo Barraza Jr., Catherine Peters, and Germaine Jamerson.

Pillars of our Veterans Employment Program
Resources

We implement tailored resources for our veteran team members and their families. We specifically focus on providing accommodation support including teammate connections and benefit guidance.

Recruitment

We actively recruit members of the armed forces through job fairs and strategic partnerships. We embrace their strengths that served them in the military as we grow together.

Recognition

We’ve introduced several company initiatives to help military and veterans show their service pride, including our Sunbelt Salute Coin, awarded for their service and sacrifice.

Retention

We provide focused, individualized support during the first 90 days to ensure a smooth, stress-free transition out of uniform and into the private sector, including our Veteran Ambassador Program.
