How to Pick-Up and Return Your Equipment From Sunbelt Rentals

HOW DO I PICK-UP MY EQUIPMENT? 

  • Be sure to come with driver’s license or a government issued photo ID which should match the name on the reservation.
  • Upon your arrival, come directly to the Sunbelt Rentals counter and an equipment rental specialist will assist you.
  • At check out, charges will be applied to the credit or debit card provided during checkout and a digital signature will be required agreeing to the rental and contract terms.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING IN ORDER TO RENT A TOOL?

All you need is your Driver’s License a government issued photo ID and a credit or debit card to pay for the rental upfront.  No extra deposit is required.

WHY AM I REQUIRED TO PROVIDE MY DL NUMBER?

For safety and security purposes you must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license to rent our tools and equipment.

CAN I GET TOOLS DELIVERED TO ME?

Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our broad network of locations for a fair price. When you make your reservation, simply check the box that you want the equipment delivered. You will be asked for additional information and shown the delivery and pick up charges. Charges will be applied to the credit or debit card prior to delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN MY EQUIPMENT?

  • Equipment should be returned by the date and time displayed on the contract to the location where you picked it up. It should be clean and in the same condition as you picked it up. Make sure to return any accessories including batteries, cables or attachments. 
  • Upon arrival, come directly to the Sunbelt Rentals counter and an equipment rental specialist will assist you with the return process.
  • If you would like to extend the rental or need additional assistance, call 1-844-SBR-TOOL.

CAN I RETURN TO ANY LOCATION?

The equipment should be returned to the same location that you rented it from. If you need to return to a different location, please call 1-844-SBR-TOOL in advance so that we can determine if there is another convenient location that can accept your return.

WHAT IF I NEED TO KEEP MY EQUIPMENT LONGER?

If your plans change and you need to extend your rental, let us know at 1-844-SBR-TOOL. When you keep the equipment, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card.  On your rental contract, the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of equipment.
