Designed to make cable pay-out and take-up easier when handling large, heavy reels of cable. Unit features a heavy-duty welded frame and self-aligning pillow block bearings for rugged operation. Has an on/off foot pedal for remote operation with speed control for variable cable feeding rates. Weighs 2,500 lbs. with a 30,000 lbs. capacity and 120V operation.
