Transparency in Coverage Rule

As required by the Transparency in Coverage Rules (TiC) as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA), Machine Readable files are made available publicly for all self-insured group health plans.

The link below leads to machine readable files that are made available in response to TiC. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
