THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES “U.S.” WHO ARE LOCATED IN THE U.S. DO NOT PARTICIPATE OR PROCEED FURTHER ON THIS SITE IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF, AND LOCATED IN THE U.S. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND OTHER TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS OF THE U.S. AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1.	How to Enter: The Sunbelt Rentals Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time (“ET”)) on September 25, 2007 and ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on January 6, 2008 (the “Entry Period”). To enter the Sweepstakes, visit the Sunbelt Rentals Survey Website (www.sunbeltsurvey.com) (the “Website”) during the Entry Period, fill in the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person per e-mail address per day. Limit five (5) entries per person during the entire Entry Period. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, a day will begin at 12:01 a.m. ET and end at 11:59 p.m. ET, except for the first day, which will begin at 9:00 a.m. ET, and the last day, which will end at 5:00 p.m. ET. To view the Official Rules, please visit the Website. Your chances of winning without making a payment or purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases something. It is illegal to give any advantage to buyers in a sweepstakes promotion.
2.	Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be located in and a legal resident of the U.S. and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and must, prior to September 25, 2007, possess an active Internet account and valid e-mail address. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and other territories and possessions of the U.S. and where prohibited by law. Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. (“Sponsor”), employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, website developers and administrators and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and members of their households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or win a prize.
3.	Drawing and Notification: The potential Prize Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received for the entire Entry Period in a random drawing conducted by an independent judging agency on or about January 14, 2008 for the Entry Period. Decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Potential winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or U.S. mail at the phone number, email address and/or address provided on the entry. In case of dispute as to identity of a potential winner, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user. The “registered user” is the natural person to whom an e-mail address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. All potential winners must comply with all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and all potential winners are subject to verification before prizes are awarded. You have not yet won until your prize claim is verified in accordance with these Official Rules.
4.	PRIZES/CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes and the winners have not yet been determined. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period in order to be eligible to win a prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $2,500. The prizes are as follows: Five (5) Prizes: Five Hundred Dollars ($500) cash (to be awarded as a check). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $2,500. Odds of winning a Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
5.	Prize Conditions: Potential Prize winners will be required to execute a Liability Release and, unless prohibited by law, a Publicity Release (“Releases”). Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If potential winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in the potential winner’s disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prizes constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities and their designees to use winners’ names, photographs, likenesses, statements, biographical information, voices, and city and state addresses on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, now or hereafter known, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification or permission. The Prize Winner(s)’s name may be posted on the Website following the Prize Drawing. Winners names will also be made available as required by law. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, redeemable for cash or substitutable, except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes will be mailed to winners to addresses only within the United States. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6.	General Rules: No purchase is necessary and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. Entries generated by robots or scripts are considered to be a direct violation of these Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of such entrant and of any and all associated entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and judges’ decisions, which shall be final and binding in all matters. Sponsor may modify these Official Rules. Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable, misdirected, inaccurate, delayed, garbled or incomplete entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials and Sponsor may rescind, cancel, or revoke the Sweepstakes based upon any such error without liability at its sole discretion. No more than the number of advertised prizes will be awarded. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. Any prizes not redeemed withing seven (7) calendar days of drawing will be forfeited. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. All Internet access and usage charges are the responsibility of the entrant. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Website, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible and non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawings up to the time of such action. Each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising in connection with this promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually and without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in the state or federal courts within the State of North Carolina, U.S. (2) any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out-of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorneys fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant hereby waives all rights to, any punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages other than the actual out of pocket costs incurred. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules or the rights of the entrant in connection with this promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with laws of the State of North Carolina, U.S., without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of laws.
7.	Use of Entry Information: Sponsor’s use of any information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the privacy policy of Sponsor, which is available at: http://www.sunbeltrentals.com/privacy_policy.asp and may also be used as provided in these Rules.
8.	Winners List: After January 31, 2008, you may obtain the names of the winners by visting the Website.
