Charlotte, NC – January 19, 2006 – Sunbelt Rentals announces the opening of its newest full-service rental branch in Upper Marlboro, MD, a central location that also now includes Sunbelt’s Baltimore/Washington Scaffolding branch.
The new rental branch offers more than $7 million in rental inventory and the facility covers seven acres, with 16,000 sq. ft. under one roof. It’s located seconds from the Capitol Beltway (I-495) at 8400 Pennsylvania Avenue, providing convenient access to the Washington, DC, market and the major construction on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

Branch managers Dave Trott and Frank O’Malley each have more than 10 years of industry experience, and are leading a team of over 50 employees to serve their large market.
