Sunbelt Rentals’ mid-town Atlanta branch responded immediately to the collapse of a parking deck near the Georgia Tech campus June 29. The company supplied equipment needed for rescue and cleanup efforts.
Sales representative Brad Schlottman coordinated equipment needs, securing vital pieces of rental equipment to the site.
“As soon as the incident occurred, the team at the local branch redirected Brad to the site,” said Chuck Caruthers, district manager. Due to the strong relationship between Schlottman and the property management group, Sunbelt Rentals was alerted to the situation and was able to respond immediately.
“I am proud of the excellent customer service that the mid-town Atlanta branch provided on the site and continues to provide every day,” said Caruthers.
Regional Vice President Jacco Kappers echoed his appreciation to the team for their “quick and professional response” to the incident, saying, “This is a great example of the excellent level of service that Sunbelt Rentals provides and this is why our customers choose to work with us. Great job by all involved and keep up the good work.”
